Refunds And Returns

If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us at (800)707-2780 within 20 days of placing your order. You may also visit to update your membership or cancel the trial period and remove your account with us. 

For the Trial option, you may return your opened or unopened bottle at any time within 20 days of the purchase date. We do not issue refunds nor do we accept returns for products kept beyond the 20 day trial period. Please contact us if you have any questions about billing. If you are beyond the 20 day trial period and have been shipped another bottle as part of our program, we only issue refunds for unopened bottles. Please send us your unopened bottle within 1 week of receiving it. We do not accept returns on open bottles beyond the trial period. 

For the single bottle purchase, we do not offer refunds on opened products. If you made a single bottle purchase and you would like to return it unopened, we will grant you a full refund minus a $5.50 restocking fee. For the three bottle purchase, we offer a three week return period starting from the date of purchase. During the three weeks from the date of purchase, you may return any unopened bottles you have for a full refund minus a $5.50 restocking fee on each.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. trial charge). Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. 

Cancellation of Future Orders. 

If you wish to cancel future deliveries of product you may visit via our live chat Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm CST or contact our customer service at 1(800)707-2780 or email us: and request that such future shipments be terminated. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that you ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, You will be responsible for payment for any Product that has either A) already been shipped to You or B) already been delivered to you at the time of your call. You may return the bottle for a full refund minus $5.50 restocking fee.
